**Primary Function To collate and process all Service related paperwork**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Check and process all service paperwork for invoicing in a timely and efficient manner**
- **Process all service related purchase orders in a timely manner**
- **Enter timesheet labour onto relevant job**
- **Maintain service related paperwork levels to LiftRite’s standards as instructed by the Service Manager**
- **Follow up estimates and service reminders**
- **Follow up customer satisfaction after repairs/service**
- **Collate warranty paperwork and parts item for claim entry**
- **Enter warranty claims and follow up to completion**
- **Provide assistance in the Field Service Co-Ordinator position during periods of leave or as requested**
- **Work in compliance with established workplace policies and procedures**
- **Quality Assurance - monitor and review processing service paper work, advise non-compliance of procedures, rectify non-compliance and recommend changes where more efficient or effective work practices can be identified**
- **Work in a safe manner and comply with requirements of the current health and safety legislation**
- **Follow LiftRite’s safety and health instructions, policies and procedures**
- **Assist with other service clerical roles during periods of leave**
- **Assist with reception if required**
- **Filing and general office duties**
- **Maintain good housekeeping**
- **Other duties as directed**

**Limits to Authority**
- **Raise purchase orders relating to customer service invoices up to $5,000.00**
**Qualifications Required**
- **Secondary education, Year 11 preferred**

- **Computer literate**
- **Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite**
- **Word processing**
- **Accurate data entry skills**
- **Good communication skills**
- **Good customer skills**
- **Good organizational skills**
- **Good phone manner**
- **Pleasant outgoing personality**
