• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent keyboard skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated with the ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
• A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
• Previous Warranty Clerk experience is highly regarded
