Our Dandenong South, Melbourne showroom is a truly unique space designed to provide customers the ultimate pool and outdoor tile experience by showcasing our extensive product range and inviting customers to touch and feel our high-quality pool tiles, pool pavers, and coping firsthand.

We're looking for a Showroom Consultant with exceptional customer service skills and a flair for design to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role:

The Showroom Consultant provides showroom customers with a personalised pool design experience. They guide customers through the latest tile trends, offer product information and advice, and assist customers in selecting the best match for their outdoor space.

This is a permanent, full-time role on a Tuesday to Saturday roster. Hours through the week are 8.00am-5.00pm during the week and 9.00am-2.30pm on a Saturday.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Processing orders and coordinating with internal Dispatch, Warehouse and Sales teams on stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Managing incoming inquiries and requests with promptness and a high level of service to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective and timely resolutions.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records and sales order details in our SAP CRM system.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Interior design or renovation experience advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided
