Outbound Sales Consultant

Aussie Broadband's purpose is to change the game. As one of our Outbound Sales Consultants you'll support the growth of our business.

This is a permanent role based in Dandenong South, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster.

The working hours are between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficient computer literacy and data entry skills for notetaking and using basic software packages.

• Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Maximise revenue by addressing all of the customers' telecommunication needs.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer details into our systems.
