We're seeking a proactive and friendly Sales Administrator to support a high-performing national sales team within a long-standing Australian manufacturing business. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, manage order processing, track shipments, and provide administrative support across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

• Accurately enter and process sales orders in the system

• Coordinate with freight carriers and monitor delivery statuses, following up on delays or damaged goods

• Support the sales team with onboarding loyalty or reward-program participants and managing redemptions

• Liaise across departments (sales, logistics, warranty/after-sales) to keep orders on track

• Provide receptionist backup when required: answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating deliveries

• Assist with warranty claims and general after-sales administration

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communicator: confident on the phone, via email and face-to-face

• Strong attention to detail, with solid time-management and organisational ability

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administration preferred - open to those keen to learn

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• A positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to help across the business
