The Opportunity

There is currently one (1) permanent – full time position available for immediate filling.

We are seeking a
Recruitment Officer
to join our dynamic and values-driven People and Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment functions for the department.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs.
  • Draft and advertise vacancies across a variety of platforms.
  • Provide expert advice on attraction and selection, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of recruitment strategies, processes and candidate experiences.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Demonstrated experience providing a business and applicant-focused recruitment service, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality advice and support to business clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
