The Role
- Provides confidential, efficient and effective administrative support to the Office of the Commission at professional level.
- Prepares and collates high level correspondence, including agendas, papers and meeting minutes.
- Establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior officials and industry representatives.
- Assists with key project activities including researching, analysing, and collating information, coordinating submissions, reports, presentations, speeches, briefings and responding to Executive requests.
- Coordinates events/activities across the Directorate on behalf of the General Manager.
- Maintains the Commission email box, responds, records and manages all correspondence on behalf of the Office of the Commission.
