As a Regional Workforce Account Manager at WestLink Workforce, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within a defined regional territory. This full-time, office-based role in Perth, WA, is crucial in supporting the company's strategic objectives and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a consultative advisor and industry expert.

Understand client needs deeply to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business success.

Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, feedback, ensuring satisfaction.

Business Development

Focus on expanding WestLink Workforce' presence within the Mining, Civil, Warehouse and Manufacturingsectors across Perth and surrounding regions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, proactively building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Recruitment Delivery

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met with top-tier talent.

Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, balancing quality and client requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

A strong background in business development and account management, preferably within recruitment.

Experience and knowledge in the Workforce/Recruitment space is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven success in developing and growing client accounts.

Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a competitive industry.
