My HealthCity links a number of services from General Practice (Family Medicine) – to Diagnostics and Specialist services. This Medical centre is a group practice supported by a full team of Allied Health Professionals, Registered Nurses, Practice Manager and Medical Receptionists, specialists . Within the Centre has also X Ray, Pathology, Physiotherapy, Dental services as well as a Pharmacy. We have in-house TrueCare Cardiology centre.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Welcoming patients

Booking appointments

Answering telephone calls and enquiries

Patient billing(Medicare, DVA, Work Cover)

Scanning clinical correspondence

Checking emails and mail and action accordingly

General administrative duties.

Working closely with Doctors, Nurses & Allied Health as a team member
