Medical Receptionist is required at Doctors at Sippy Downs

Key Responsibilities include:

· Managing appointments

· Managing and triaging the waiting room

· Billing of appointments

· Managing Correspondence ingoing and outgoing

· Processing Medicare, DVA  payments and  daily banking

Skills and Experience

·  Prior medical reception experience is highly desirable

·  Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a fully computerised  environment (we currently use Best Practice, and MS Office)

·  Strong written and verbal communicative skills

·   Flexibility in working hours and reliability

·  Process patient details and related administrative tasks
