Admin Coordinator – Design

Salt Renovations is a design-led renovation company specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and full-home transformations. We provide a complete service, from pre-planning and design through to project management and construction.
We're seeking an Admin Coordinator to support our design and office team. This role is all about organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. You'll coordinate project information, manage documentation, and keep communication flowing between our designers, project managers, suppliers, and clients. Your work will ensure that every detail is handled smoothly so our team can deliver beautiful, functional homes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Project Administration: Update fittings, materials, and selections in our systems; assist with PC item schedules and variations.
- Team & Client Support: Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate client files.
- Suppliers & Trades: Obtain quotes, place orders, and track product information, lead times, and deliveries.
- Financial Support: Process invoices, ensure accurate client charges, and assist managers with cost tracking.
- Studio & Office: Maintain our selections library, organise the studio, and manage day-to-day office administration.
- General Admin: Contribute to smooth operations with additional administrative tasks as required.
Essential
- Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Australian work rights are essential for this position
Desirable
- Experience in a design or construction industry
- Familiarity with design/project management software
- Enjoy flexible part-time hours (25–30 hrs) with the potential to grow into full-time
