To continue delivering exceptional journeys, we're seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Travel Consultant/Tour Planner to join our growing team.

What we're looking for:

Passionate about travel and customer service

Experienced in the tourism industry or a related field

Skilled in itinerary planning, booking systems, and client communications

Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented

Must be able to multitask and manage multiple conflicting deadlines.

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Driven to exceed client expectations and create memorable travel moments

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone and email reservations and respond to enquiries

Coordinate and contract third-party suppliers, including hotels, attractions, and other service providers

Prepare comprehensive tour documentation for guests, crew, and suppliers

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, destinations, and services

Research upcoming events, festivals, accommodations, and experiences across Australia to design engaging new tour itineraries

Develop and package all-inclusive tours, including accommodation, meals, and attractions
