**The Role**
As an ICT System Analyst within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Integration team, you will support the analysis, design and implementation of systems interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams engaging with business and ICT stakeholders ensuring seamless integration of systems, while supporting development, test, change and risk management activities. This role requires a technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
**About our Team**
ERP is a large, multi-year, complex ICT program focused on standardising and integrating Defence’s finance, asset management, logistics, estate and human resource processes and systems to drive workforce efficiency and decision making superiority. To enable this transformation, ERP will transition all applicable areas of the Department to a singular integrated SAP system.
ERP is working across Defence to deliver ICT capability, as part of a multidisciplinary team (which includes APS, ADF and full range of industry partners). Ultimately, this is a high profile program with the Senior Leadership, with ERP playing a key role in helping deliver the Defence Transformation Strategy.
- Engage with business stakeholders, understand their requirements and provide technical expertise to support the development of system interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design and implement system integration solutions.
- Provide input to interface solution designs, integration artefacts and project work packages.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies with system integration, escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate and support system readiness, test execution, defect resolution and integration implementation.
