, based in Melbourne, to launch a brand-new
recruitment and staffing platform
set to go live this
November

As we gear up for launch and the busy festive season, we're looking for a
creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager
to help us make some serious noise online.

The Role

This is a
part-time, hybrid
position ideal for someone based in the
Melbourne area
. While most of the work can be done remotely, we'd love for you to join us
on-site once every two weeks
for team meetings and creative sessions at our partner's logistics HQ.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategy with a strong focus on
creative campaigning
and
community engagement
leading up to and during our platform's launch period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative social media campaigns for our recruitment platform.
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos, reels) that connect with our audience.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across all key channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams for cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
