We’re looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team and lead the digital voice behind our unique brands at the intersection of sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.

This is an on-site role — perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating in a creative studio environment and is eager to grow their digital marketing career across content creation, SEO, and paid media.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and manage creative social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Create original content (photos, videos, graphics) and edit using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Learn and grow within the Adobe Suite and other creative tools as needed.
- Write SEO-optimized website/blog content and support ongoing content strategy for Google visibility.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation and conversions.
- Engage with followers and respond to leads via social platforms to help convert inquiries into customers.
- Collaborate with vendors, photographers, clients, and the wider internal team to bring each brand story to life.
- Monitor analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategy based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and emerging best practices across digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in social media management and digital content creation, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and associated scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience or willingness to learn SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast) and Google Ads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in or enthusiasm for interior design, sustainable architecture, or eco-conscious products.
