Role Description

This is a casual role (~10 hours per week) for a Social Media Marketing Intern, hybrid based in Melbourne (primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings). The intern will focus on utilizing social media platforms to identify and reach out to potential customers, manage ongoing communications, and foster meaningful connections. Responsibilities may include initiating direct outreach via messaging and comments, responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-up interactions, and compiling feedback to support customer engagement strategies. This position offers valuable opportunities to develop skills in customer communication within a startup environment, including participation in product development discussions and team collaboration through in-person networking events in Melbourne, making it suitable for university students seeking flexible experience alongside their studies.
