Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area for a Senior Social Media Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, optimizing social media channels to increase audience engagement, and managing content planning and delivery. The Senior Social Media Manager will oversee social media performance analytics, lead community engagement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to enhance the digital presence of client brands. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and ensuring the creative output aligns with AIIMS brand excellence standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Expertise in Content Strategy and strategic planning for social media campaigns
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills for effective messaging and interaction with audiences
  • Ability to interpret social media data and analytics to optimize performance
  • Familiarity with paid media strategies as an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working within fast-paced environments
