About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our commercial and business development activities across Australia, New Zealand, and to support the Group's APAC business expansion.

This senior position combines strategic leadership, regional business growth, and high-level customer engagement within the high-pressure gas equipment and semiconductor industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, marketing, and business development across Australia, New Zealand, and APAC.
  • Develop and execute strategies that support both local operations and the Group's regional growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industrial and semiconductor customers, distributors, and engineering partners.
  • Coordinate with regional and global management to align commercial objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Represent Rotarex in regional forums and industry associations.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 20 years' experience in technical sales, business development, or general management within high-pressure gas equipment or related industrial fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with the semiconductor industry, preferably with gas equipment or component solutions.
  • Proven international track record developing markets and partnerships across multiple countries.
  • Deep understanding of industrial gas equipment and valve technologies.
  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen in establishing and expanding regional operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English required; basic Mandarin and Bahasa are an advantage.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
