
Account Manager, APAC SMB Healthcare

We are adding a net new logo focused Account Manager to join our APAC Healthcare Sales team. In this "hunter" role, you will be responsible for driving net new business in the SMB space for the Healthcare market in the ANZ region by developing and maintaining relationships with prospective new healthcare customers with the objective of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales goal.
The direct sales aspect of the role will focus on our transactional PACSGear portfolio as part of a land and expand strategy. The other 50% of the role will be spent developing partner opportunities in collaboration with the Partner Manager.
What you will be doing- Develop a sales plan to meet or exceed quota for assigned low risk, low impact existing or potential customers or partners
- Drive direct sales of the PACSGear portfolio as part of a land and expand strategy while dedicating 50% of efforts to building partner opportunities with the Partner Manager.
- Accurately represent and communicate sales forecasting on a real-time basis
- Proactively initiate contact with potential customers, customers and partners on a regular basis to develop, maintain and expand business relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to generate leads and convert outreach into qualified new business meetings.
- Leverage company resources to develop and maintain pipeline
- Work with other team members on accounts; ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned accounts
- Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, and forecast commitments
- Build knowledge of Hyland best practices and industry trends to better understand customer business and technical needs.
- Engage company specialist and support resources as needed to advance opportunities
- Attend and contribute to customer and industry events and conferences
- Experience in sales in the enterprise software space preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare technology sector – medical imaging workflows – preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and converting opportunities into new business
- Proficient in opportunity management and account planning tools
- Ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
- Ability to gain consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels
- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Organised and experienced at successfully developing and implementing business plans
- Up to 50% travel time
