Global Program Manager

Full time, Australia

In this role, you will be responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning and reviews, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions, staff development, business continuance and escalation of operational issues.

As a Global Program Manager, you will

  • Develop a truly global travel program with your client
  • Implement a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the global travel program
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
  • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
  • Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met

About you

  • Prior experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC) is highly desired
  • Strong background in account management and client relationship management
  • Solid experience in Regional or Global Program Management
  • Proven ability to implement and manage large market or global clients
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
