Overview

We are seeking a full-time management/technology consultant at a senior consultant/manager level to work on client engagements in Sydney supporting the delivery of their transformation agendas.

Qualifications & Experience Required

A successful candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Operations or technology advisory
  • Ability to analyse, document and improve business processes and implement re-engineered solutions
  • Experience in IT Operations and ITIL processes, and a track record of delivering improvements in these areas
  • Experience leading or facilitating workshops, developing business cases and comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • Ability to understand, decipher and draw meaningful insights from large datasets
  • Project management, critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

You will be based in Sydney, on a Working Holiday Visa or similar, with valid working rights in Australia.

The role is hybrid, depending on client needs, with at least three days per week required in client offices. Team members work from home when appropriate and will need to have a suitable working space.
