About the Role

We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer / Google Ads Expert to optimise our online presence, improve website performance, and scale digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role working directly with the Managing Director to drive brand growth across multiple international markets, while also guiding and collaborating with our offshore e-commerce team.

The role will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into full-time as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify websites (themes, apps, integrations).
  • Configure custom domains and storefronts for each country/region to support international expansion.
  • Enhance site speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Set up and optimise Google Merchant Center feeds for product listings.
  • Configure conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement e-commerce best practices.
  • Guide and support our offshore e-commerce team with day-to-day tasks and best practices.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of Shopify development experience (themes, Liquid, apps).
  • 3+ years of Google Ads management experience (including Shopping, Merchant Center, remarketing).
  • Experience with Shopify Markets, multi-domain setup, and international storefronts.
  • Expert-level JavaScript proficiency, plus solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify APIs.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics (GA4), and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail is highly regarded.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding offshore/remote teams is a plus.
