  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, branding, and creative teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Retainer Oversight: Manage ongoing web maintenance retainers to keep client sites running smoothly and optimised.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Conduct audits to identify performance improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Shopify & CMS Expertise: Lead with Shopify knowledge while also working across platforms like WordPress (Elementor/Divi).
  • Process Improvement: Refine workflows, introduce best practices, and drive efficiencies across the business.

At Expose Me Marketing, we're about more than just building websites – we create digital experiences that help businesses grow.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in website project management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Shopify Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Shopify CMS.
  • Multi-Platform Familiarity: Experience with WordPress (Elementor/Divi), and any other platform is a plus.
  • Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of web builds and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
  • CRO Mindset: Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve conversion rates from both design and UX perspectives.
  • Project Management Tools: Proven ability to manage workflows in platforms like Monday App.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Organisation & Prioritisation: Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while keeping deadlines and quality in check.
