Shopify & WordPress Developer
, you'll be at the center of it all, building and optimizing websites that exceed client expectations. You'll collaborate with talented teams across SEO, creative branding, and project management to provide holistic solutions that help businesses achieve their goals. What You'll Do: Drive Digital Excellence

In WordPress:

• Build WordPress pages in
  Elementor Pro
  from supplied Figma designs.
• Use Elementor Pro global styles, templates, and structured workflows to ensure consistency and maintainability across all projects.
• Follow front-end best practices for CSS, semantic HTML, layout (flexbox/grid), and reusability, ensuring clean, reliable builds that work seamlessly across all devices and browsers.
• Implement custom functionality using
  Custom Post Types
  ,
  ACF
  , and other essential plugins.

In Shopify:

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in
  Shopify theme development (JSON Schema, Liquid, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery)
  .
• Possess a strong understanding of Shopify's architecture, APIs, and ecosystem.
• Knowledge of setting up metafields and metaobjects and pulling data into themes with Liquid.
• Build Shopify sites from supplied Figma designs (homepage, PDP, PLP, etc.) or adapt paid/free themes.
• Implement and configure complex
  Shopify app integrations
  .
• Deliver "retheme" projects, upgrading existing Shopify stores to improve design, functionality, and overall performance.

In General:

• Optimize sites for speed, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Be skilled in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Apply basic
  on-page SEO best practices

• Perform data, content, and image migration for website rebuilds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Attend Google Meet calls for project discussions, reviews, and handovers.
• Be proactive, organized, and clear in your communication.

• WordPress Proficiency:
  Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Technical Skills:
  Solid grasp of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong troubleshooting and bug-fixing skills.
• Digital Advertising Background:
  A clear understanding of how websites support digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaboration:
  Excellent communication skills to work effectively with project managers, designers, and clients.
• Location:
  Ability to work onsite in Sydney, Australia.
