What You'll Do: Drive Digital Excellence

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with precision. Develop detailed timelines and budgets to ensure every project runs like clockwork from start to finish.
  • Client Communication:
    Be the go-to contact for clients on web projects. Scope and quote new web build projects with confidence, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Partner with SEO and creative branding teams to deliver comprehensive digital solutions that align with client goals.
  • Retainer Management:
    Oversee ongoing web development and maintenance retainers, ensuring clients' websites stay optimized and effective.
  • CRO Expertise:
    Conduct Basic and Advanced CRO audits to identify opportunities for improving website performance and driving conversions.
  • Shopify Mastery:
    Bring your hands-on Shopify expertise to the table. Navigate its CMS and customiser with confidence while understanding the nuances of Shopify Dev Ops.
  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously evaluate workflows to enhance efficiency and implement best practices.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in web project management in an agency environment.
  • Shopify Expertise:
    Deep knowledge of Shopify's CMS and customiser, with hands-on experience managing Shopify Dev Ops.
  • Diverse Platform Knowledge:
    Familiarity with a variety of website CMS platforms, such as WordPress (Elementor/Divi/Breakdance), Instapage, and Webflow is a bonus.
  • Technical Understanding:
    A solid grasp of how websites are built – especially in Shopify – enabling you to scope, quote, and manage projects effectively. A basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
  • SEO Knowledge:
    Intermediate-level understanding of SEO principles to collaborate seamlessly with our SEO team.
  • CRO Insight:
    A strong eye for conversion rate optimisation from a design perspective.
  • Project Management Skills:
    Proven experience managing web projects from start to finish using tools like ClickUp for organisation and communication.
  • Client-Facing Excellence:
    Exceptional communication skills that allow you to build trust with clients while explaining technical concepts in a clear and approachable way. Understanding of business commercials is a must.
  • Organisational Wizardry:
    The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat – prioritisation is your superpower.
