We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse, Inventory & Dispatch Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is structured as half-days, Monday to Friday, providing consistency and routine. Full training will be provided, and while prior warehouse experience is beneficial, it is not required.

Role Overview:

As Warehouse, Inventory & Dispatch Assistant, you'll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving deliveries, managing stock, processing and fulfilling online orders from our Shopify store, and dispatching goods. You'll also assist with preparing samples for customers, events, and marketing campaigns, making the role varied and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Stock Control

  • Check and store incoming deliveries.

  • Keep stock records up to date and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Maintain tidy and organised product storage areas.
  • Order Packing & Dispatch

  • Process and fulfil online orders from Shopify and Customer/Partner systems.

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for delivery.
  • Prepare and send samples for customers, events, and influencers.
  • Make sure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Customer Service

  • Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.

  • Assist with product and order enquiries.
  • Resolve order or delivery issues in a timely manner.

  • Logistics Support

  • Liaise with couriers and suppliers to arrange pickups and deliveries.

  • Resolve delivery or logistics issues.
  • Warehouse Upkeep

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.

  • Follow safe handling and lifting practices.
  • Manage inventory of packing materials and restocking these when required.
  • Invoicing

  • Entering invoices into DEAR

About You:

We're looking for someone reliable and hands-on, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Reliable and punctual, with a consistent approach to work.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks (lifting, packing, moving stock).
  • Able to work independently once trained, but also a team player.
  • Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Have basic knowledge of Shopify or other online order systems (beneficial but not required).
  • Have basic knowledge of Invoicing (beneficial but not required).
  • Basic computer literacy including email, data entry, and ability to learn warehouse management systems
  • Have basic knowledge of Inventory management (beneficial but not required).
  • Must have Australian working rights or valid work visa
