We are looking for a hands-on
Marketing Lead
to join our team and take charge of our marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for both trade-facing and digital marketing, ensuring our portfolio and brand are presented with creativity, consistency, and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves the drinks industry, understands trade marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage our Portfolio, from print to digital (Canva, Publuu).
  • Develop sales guides, campaigns and promotional material for our trade partners.
  • Run our website (Shopify), social media, and EDM communications (Account Engagement).
  • Manage activations and events
  • Oversee brand storytelling and ensure our identity comes to life across all touchpoints.
  • Work with suppliers and our sales team to deliver best-in-class marketing support.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in marketing, ideally with wine/spirits or premium FMCG experience.
  • A balance of trade marketing expertise and digital know-how.
  • Hands-on ability in Canva and comfort with tools like Publuu, Shopify, and Adobe.
  • Strong organisational skills, creative flair, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for wine, craft spirits, and the drinks industry.
