Position: Receptionist (Casual) x3 Positions - Inc. weekend work

Mahony Roma Pty Ltd operates two of Brisbane's most vibrant backpacker hostels, and we're on the hunt for our the next superstar Receptionists to join our team.

  • Friendly, approachable, and always ready to welcome guests with a smile.
  • Excellent communication skills – languages are a bonus but not essential.
  • Someone who loves meeting new people from all over the world.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks in a busy environment.

  • Role Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing top-quality customer service.

  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and bookings (training provided).
  • Answering guest questions and sharing local tips.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and fun reception environment.
  • Assisting with daily operations to keep the hostel running smoothly.
