Join one of the world's leading logistics and supply chain operators at MEDLOG We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer – Reception to be the face of our busy site and support our Customer Service teams across Transport, Quarantine, and Warehousing.
What You'll DoAs a key point of contact at the front desk, you'll:

Manage driver check-ins and Inbound Connect processes
-
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and documentation for freight movement
-
Liaise across departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery
-
Respond to emails, monitor workflow, and help categorise work for our MSC India service team
-
Ensure our reception and office areas are presentable and organised
-
Provide coverage and cross-team support when required
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable juggling front-line service with admin duties. You'll bring:
