**Who are we?**

Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak water safety and lifesaving organisation and is committed to its mission to prevent aquatic related death and injury across all Victorian communities. LSV is a recognised agency of Emergency Management Victoria and provides emergency response services across the state through its vast network of lifesaving clubs, lifeguards, marine and aerial rescue services. LSV is a Registered Training Organisation and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

**How will this position contribute to Life Saving Victoria’s mission?**

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance and Administration, the Coordinator - Office Support and Reception is responsible for reception services, providing prompt and courteous face to face and telephone customer service as well as delivering accurate and timely administration support to coordinate the smooth running of the office and support to all LSV staff as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting infrastructure, vehicle coordination and office administration.

The role will be based in Port Melbourne.

**Who are you?**

This position would ideally suit someone with extensive experience in reception, business administration, office coordination or customer service in a multi-tasking environment providing face-to-face and phone reception services.
