**About the Role**

We are looking for someone with extensive administration/reception experience who is able to provide amazing customer service even in the most challenging of circumstances.

This role will be responsible for making delightful first impressions and will have exceptional administration skills, phone manner, and have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once while managing inquiries.

**This role is being offered on a part time (25 hrs per week - 9am until 2pm), ongoing basis and will be located at our Port Adelaide site.**

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to:

- Demonstrate experience in a busy reception or front of house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public;
- Demonstrate the ability to assist customers with resume writing;
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy; including competent with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Prove your ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations;
- Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups; and
- Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).

You will also be required to:

- Have intermediate to high level administrative skills including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
