**Position Overview**:
The Customer Service Officer will serve as a critical link between our company and our customers. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting customer requests through quoting, booking, and order entry, and providing cost-effective solutions. The position also involves reception duties on an as-needed basis and handling accounts payable tasks, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on precision and efficiency.
- Ability to maintain positive customer relations and a professional demeanor.
- Experience with data entry and computer-based information systems.
