The opportunity
Regent Pumps is looking for an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/BDM for WA to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA. As Sales Manager/BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth across Western Australia, playing a key role in the company's continued success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Work with head office sales internal team for best outcomes for the business.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in new business development and sales, ideally within the pumps or industrial equipment industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Highly motivated and driven, with a competitive spirit and a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Must have a drivers licence.
