Are you passionate about people and business? We're looking for an HR Administrator/HR Support Officer to join our growing team where you will work across a diverse portfolio of clients
HRM is seeking a motivated and high-calibre Graduate to join our team. We provide outsourced Human Resource solutions to small and medium businesses in a commercial capacity. This is not in-house HR.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industries working with our HR Business Partners.
You will gradually take on responsibility in:
- Delivering HR generalist services to assigned clients
- Assisting HR Managers with strategic HR projects
- Driving organisational performance management initiatives
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Supporting clients and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Ensuring client documentation is maintained in our cloud-based systems
- Assisting with broader HR projects as required
Duties will include:
- Drafting position descriptions, job advertisements, and employment contracts.
- Develop and maintain templates and systems internally and for clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, tools, and procedures.
- HR/Recruitment Administration
- Reception/Admin duties
