**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a mid-level HR professional with experience across generalist HR functions and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage performance and disciplinary processes
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
- Manage return-to-work coordination and WorkCover claims
- Provide timely support and advice on HR enquiries
- Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives
- Organise HR-related meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Support employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a HR role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
