We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer who is motivated and willing to use initiative to deliver high quality HR advice, address business needs as they occur, implement new systems and improve on current processes.
- Part of a dynamic HR team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Recruitment and on boarding support across the full range of Local Government Services at one of Victoria’s largest Councils.
- The role will primarily work on managing and providing support and guidance in regard to recruitment and on boarding as well as assist in the implementation of the new E-recruit system, Pulse.
- For this role you will need:

- A degree qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment and recruitment practices and related legislation.
- Knowledge of Chris 21 preferred
- Experience in E-recruitment.
- Excellent communication style with a customer focussed attitude
- Strong desire to learn and broaden your experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
