About the Role

Working alongside our IT Helpdesk Manager, you will:

  • Provide first-level user support and manage the internal helpdesk queue
  • Respond to and resolve simple technical queries, escalating issues where required
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Assist with maintaining IT systems and Microsoft Suite applications

This traineeship is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to build a career in IT support.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A technical mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Any previous experience working with systems, building PCs, or solving technical problems is highly regarded
