Position: Level 1 Helpdesk Support
Location:
Sydney CBD (near Wynyard Station)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
for the 6 months probation period
*Starting salary is $60k and after your 6 months probation it jumps to $70k
*
You will also receive training and support to gain
Microsoft certifications.

What will your day-to-day look like....
- Act as the first point of contact for client IT issues via phone and email.
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting and technical support for Microsoft 365 and related systems.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets through to resolution or escalation.
- Perform daily and weekly checks on
backup systems and security platforms
, escalating any issues promptly. - Handle user lifecycle tasks including:
- Creating new user accounts; Managing permissions and groups; Offboarding and deleting accounts
Must haves...
- Basic understanding of
networking and troubleshooting
(IP addresses, connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printers). - Familiarity with
Microsoft 365 apps
(Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Nice to haves...
- Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Exposure to backup and security platforms (monitoring or reporting).
- Previous helpdesk or customer support experience.
