About us
Prosperity Residential is a Home Building Company seeking an Construction Admin and Customer Service support member.
The role is fulltime, out of the office working as part of a small team.
Work Location
Office Loganholme
Ideal Hours
Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm
Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Client and Customer Service experience
- Experience working admin and customer service role in construction company an advantage
- Able to multi-task and prioritise in a continually changing workload
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and within the team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and market partners throughout construction to provide updates and answer any enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with construction team and obtaining weekly updates from site supervisors for each build
- Coordinate onsite build inspections, handovers and on-site visits in close collaboration with site supervisors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Manage maintenance requests efficiently by working with trade partners to schedule work and follow up through to completion
- Support day-to-day front office operations, including managing mail, registering keys, and preparing handover packs etc
- Assist with the preparation and submission of essential documents, including final certificates, build commencement notices, permits, and compliance paperwork
