About us

Prosperity Residential is a Home Building Company seeking an Construction Admin and Customer Service support member.

The role is fulltime, out of the office working as part of a small team.

Office Loganholme

Ideal Hours

Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm

Qualifications & experience

  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Client and Customer Service experience
  • Experience working admin and customer service role in construction company an advantage
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise in a continually changing workload
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and within the team

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and market partners throughout construction to provide updates and answer any enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaising with construction team and obtaining weekly updates from site supervisors for each build
  • Coordinate onsite build inspections, handovers and on-site visits in close collaboration with site supervisors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Manage maintenance requests efficiently by working with trade partners to schedule work and follow up through to completion
  • Support day-to-day front office operations, including managing mail, registering keys, and preparing handover packs etc
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of essential documents, including final certificates,  build commencement notices, permits, and compliance paperwork
