The Role

We're looking for an experienced Line Cook ready to grow into a leadership role. If you've got solid kitchen skills and want to step up, we'll support your next move.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Food prep, service, and kitchen pack-down
  • Working across grill, fry, prep and plating stations
  • Maintaining high standards in quality and presentation
  • Supporting stock, cleaning, and OH&S procedures
  • Leading by example in a fast-paced team environment

About You

  • 2+ years in a busy kitchen with grilling experience
  • Unrestricted working rights
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
  • Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Ready to take on more responsibility
  • Flexible for rotating rosters incl. weekends and nights
