What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and teamwork.
  • Prepare and cook signature kebabs, sides, sauces, and seasonal menu items.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards in line with HACCP regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and optimise cost.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and specials.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchenhandin fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for high-quality food, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in fast food or hospitality is highly regarded.
