Your Role
Were hiring a Program Manager to lead the integration of one of IAGs strategic partners, a rare opportunity to drive a complex, multi-stream program with high strategic importance and executive visibility.
Youll own the integration plan, ensuring alignment with IAGs goals and a seamless experience for customers and employees. Your leadership will bring clarity, governance, and momentum to the program. The program management includes managing critical Transition Services.
Youll also lead cross-functional collaboration across product, pricing, technology, and operations, working closely with stakeholders internally and with our strategic partner. Youll support the Executive Manager, IMO in resolving issues, managing escalations, and maintaining governance and ensuring delivery excellence.
This is a 12-month maximum term contract, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney).
About You
- Extensive experience in program or project delivery across transformation, customer experience, and mergers and acquisitions
- Proven success leading large-scale, complex programs with budgets exceeding $20M
- Expertise in stakeholder management, governance, and executive reporting
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing vendor agreements or service contracts
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes
- Exceptional communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in strategy, transformation, or professional services (preferred)
