Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership & Delivery
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee
    data migration strategies
    , execution plans, and risk mitigation for critical banking systems.
  • Manage multiple projects under the program umbrella, ensuring interdependencies are tracked and resolved.
  • Client Engagement
  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for client stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring transparency.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and maintain robust program governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security standards, and organizational policies.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across program streams.
  • Implement proactive measures to address potential delivery challenges.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and vendor partners.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Banking Domain Expertise
  • Deep understanding of
    core banking systems

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, preferably in
    banking transformation

  • Strong knowledge of

  • Client-Facing Experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Yrs +

  • Certifications Needed:
