We're a fast-growing Prop Tech company that's reshaping cashflow for the world of Real Estate. We're now looking for a Junior Loans Processor to join our energetic, collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about finance, property, and technology.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Loans Processor, you'll play an important role in supporting our loan operations and helping clients through each stage of the loan journey. You'll work closely with our processing team, compliance, and tech teams to ensure every application is processed efficiently and accurately.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing loan applications and supporting documents
  • Liaising with Real Estate Agents and internal teams and other stakeholders to collect information
  • Performing data entry, verification, and compliance checks
  • Tracking application progress and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Assisting with settlement preparation and post-settlement administration
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through our tech platform

About You

You're organised, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and love solving problems for customers.

You'll bring:

  • A keen interest in property, lending, or fintech
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or customer support (desirable but not essential)
