Position: Full-Time Mortgage Broker (Trainee Welcome | Commission-Based | Training Provided)

Role 1: Mortgage Broker Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in analyzing loan needs and matching them with optimal lender products
  • Complete the full loan application process (from pre-approval to settlement) under the guidance of a mentor
  • Participate in the company's structured compliance training
  • Suitable for those transitioning from finance/sales backgrounds or recent graduates

Role 2: Senior Mortgage Broker

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop client base and lead complex loan negotiations (e.g. portfolio optimization)
  • Maintain referral networks (real estate agents, accountants, etc.) to expand business channels
  • Mentor junior team members and share industry experience

Requirements

Mortgage Broker Trainee:

  • Legal working rights in Australia, fluent in English
  • Obtain Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking within 6 months

Senior Mortgage Broker:

  • At least 2 years of mortgage broking experience in Sydney
  • Holds MFAA/FBAA accreditation and ASIC registration
  • Existing client base
