About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Parabroker to join our team. This hands-on role will see you support and upskill our Lending Partners and other Parabrokers while ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients. You will play a critical role in maintaining smooth deal progress, improving team capability, and assisting the GM with workflow and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-job feedback to our Loan Processors on servicing and lender policy application
  • Offer guidance on structure and presentation of client information
  • Organise and deliver training to upskill Loan Processors using our preferred lender partners
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching to fill skill gaps and support deal progress
  • Manage tough conversations and people management issues professionally
  • Maintain visibility of all deal progress and assist Loan Processing team when deals stall
  • Support the LP team with training to fully utilise their skills
  • Ensure the client-to-Parabroker experience meets high standards
  • Manage deal allocation with the BSU team, including resolving bottlenecks
  • Re-assign deals when Loan Processors are on leave or unavailable
  • Provide weekly feedback to the GM on performance, KPIs, and conduct

About You

  • Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Parabroker, or Credit Analyst within an Australian lender or brokerage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with digital tools, systems, and database management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with coaching, people management, and delivering feedback
