Tutor Network is a premium tutoring business that helps students close learning gaps and build confidence. We're looking for an experienced outbound sales agent to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role suits someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, is motivated by results, and can confidently manage conversations with families. If you have outbound sales or call centre sales experience and want the flexibility of part-time work, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads (families who have already enquired)
  • Follow up with previous enquiries and check in with existing families
  • Guide parents to the right tutoring solution for their child
  • Ask for referrals when appropriate
  • Close the sale and hand over to our enrolment team
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in outbound sales (call centre background highly regarded)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Empathetic and solutions-focused, with the ability to understand customer needs
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently from home
  • Able to commit to 20 hours per week (approx. 4 hours per day, weekdays, plus some weekends if required)
  • Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
