Are you a confident communicator with a passion for health and wellness? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Call Centre Representative to join our friendly and growing team. This is a part-time hybrid role, offering flexibility with only one mandatory office day per week in a convenient inner-city location.

About the Role:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing clients in the wellness space
  • Promote our health-focused services a
  • Engage with customers in a genuine, caring, and solution-focused way
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes in our CRM system
  • Help drive a positive customer experience while supporting sales goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A passion for health and wellness
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a gym is an advantage but not essential
  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach to customer conversations
  • Previous call centre, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Interest in health, wellness, and making a positive impact
  • Self-starter comfortable working both independently and as part of a remote team
