About The Role
Our Shared Services function is the engine room that powers critical processes and specialist capabilities that enable the organisation to fulfil its purpose. This pivotal leadership position is responsible for identifying and delivering improvement initiatives across Payroll, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and other Shared Services functions.
You'll lead a small but growing team, champion process redesign, and help shape the future of enabling systems and service delivery.
Being 12 months into its journey, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to bring your Shared Services leadership & functional expertise, drive meaningful change, and make your mark on a function still being shaped.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver high-impact improvement projects across Shared Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and root causes, and implement practical, measurable solutions.
- Design and optimise processes, controls, and systems with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- Act as a change agent, guiding teams through transformation and embedding new ways of working.
- Represent Shared Services in enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

What You'll Bring
- Deep expertise in Shared Services, ideally with a background in finance or function areas including accounts payable, purchase to pay, expense management, procurement, payroll, revenue or employee services
- Proven experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in process design and improvement.
- Strong understanding of process controls, compliance, and operational risk.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations with a focus on continuous improvement.
