Technical Specialist – End User Computing (Government Client)

Brisbane | 12 -month Contract via Data#3 | Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days WFH)

We're seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join a large-scale Queensland Government ICT environment. This role is delivered via Data#3 and offers the opportunity to support enterprise systems and contribute to service excellence across a diverse IT landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support Windows 11, macOS, and iOS devices
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support users in a high-demand environment
  • Contribute to ITIL-aligned processes: incident, change, release & problem management
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise end-user computing support
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and M365 tools
  • Familiarity with print management solutions (Universal/PaperCut)
  • Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell
  • Solid understanding of cyber security best practices and ITIL processes

The Offer

  • Must have full working rights with no work restrictions.
  • 12-month contract engagement via Data#3 (with possible extensions)
  • 3 days on-site work required per week
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • CHC clearance required prior to commencement
